After a two-year hiatus, Deli2Sea is officially back on Sunday, 6 December 2026 – and we couldn’t be more excited.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been hard at work bringing this much-loved event back to life, to ensure its legacy of meaningful impact for both people and planet is continued.
Deli2Sea 2026 is a fundraising collaboration between Sealand and Chardonnay Deli, in support of Protect our Paths and Guardians of the Deep, two local organisations dedicated to empowering communities to protect and care for natural spaces, from mountains to the ocean.
Starting at Chardonnay Deli Constantia and finishing at Chardonnay Deli Kalk Bay, Deli2Sea is a 15 km community run, with a simple goal: leave the route cleaner than you found it. As part of their entry, every participant receives a Trail Mate – an upcycled litter collection bag – to collect litter along the route, and a nifty keepsake!
This isn’t about chasing podiums or personal bests. It’s about giving back to the places that give us so much, connecting with an incredible community, and showing that every step can make a difference.
